You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, design coursescurricula, and create instructional materials. The ideal candidate is highly creative, passionate about learning, and possesses strong project management skills.What you'll be doing (i.e., job duties):· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and target audience.· Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to determine appropriate instructional strategies.· Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, one-pagers, and assessments.· Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging learning experiences.· Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning content, such as graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations.· Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, adhering to relevant standards and guidelines.· Work closely with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and relevance.· Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.· Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through assessments and feedback mechanisms.· Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.What we look for in you (i.e., job requirements):· ThreeÖ¡ years proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.· Knowledge of adult learning theory· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities· Continuous improvement attitude: ability to suggest and implement best practices.· Flexibility and adaptability amid an ever-changing environment· Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (bonus: experience using Docebo and Articulate RiseStoryline)· Experience with multimedia development tools Õ„Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)· Knowledge of accessibility standardsRequired· INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN· ARTICULATE· PROJECT MANAGEMENT· E-LEARNING· ADOBE ILLUSTRATORAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
