One of the country's largest Real Estate Insurance companies is searching for an Escrow Assistant to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be establish new vacation ownership escrow accounts and process transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures for large Vacation Ownership Development projects in a high-volume production environment. *This is a 3-month contract**Onsite in Las Vegas, NV*ResponsibilitiesEstablish new vacation ownership escrow accounts and process transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures for large Vacation Ownership Development projects in a high-volume production environment. Receives and reviews contract documents and verify data accuracy. Coordinate recording transactions and perform escrow closings. Maintain and verify financial and inventory records. Create title insurance policies for each transaction and distribute according to service level agreement.
