A financial services company in Missouri is actively seeking a new Product & Process Analyst to join their growing team in a Remote position. In this role, the Product & Process Analyst will be responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements as well as documenting, modeling, and analyzing processes and process improvements.ResponsibilitiesThe Product & Process Analyst (Remote) will:Organize conversations with customers to analyze, structure and document requirements and impact assessmentsClosely collaborate with the Product Owners, Business SME's, Architects and squads to determine the functional scope of new solutionsDefine and document business requirements, modeling, analyzing and documenting processes, process improvements and defining business requirementsClosely cooperate with the Product Owners in defining backlog topicsAssist the completion of relevant initiative documentation as well as presentations to stakeholdersPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:7+ years of relevant Banking experience within the Financial industry sectorBachelor's DegreeDemonstrated success in a Business andor Process Analyst roleStrong analytical and conceptual skills Skilled in critical thinking and ability to solve complex problemsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, andor Computer ScienceExperience in Agile and LeanExperience with Azure DevOps
