With unwavering commitment, through good economic times and bad, we have focused on our mission and made a difference in the lives of birth parents, families and children here and around the world.About the Job:We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, focused on the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent candidates. In many cases, you are candidates' first encounter with Gladney and it is your job to represent the agency with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm. In this role you a key member of the HR Team, collaborating with hiring managers, proactively anticipating future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and college campuses. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic business HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent.ResponsibilitiesWork with in partnership to define job and candidate requirements, carefully looking for differentiators.Design, implement and execute overall recruiting strategy.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Source and recruit candidates by using a variety of sources including Linked-In, Indeed and other social media tools.Manage use of social media to market the Gladney brand.Screen candidates resumes and job applications and source passive candidates.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection toolsmethods to filter candidates within schedule.Monitor and seek avenues to improve process and decrease cycle time.Track key metrics, provide analytical and well documented recruiting reporting.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Promote company's reputation as "best place to work."Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field 2 years' work experience in a Staffing or Generalist role.Must have proven experience strategizing and sourcing hard to fill positions.Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.Proven work experience as an in-house Recruiter.Solid ability to conduct different types of fortable with HR databases (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a key HR process area such at Staffing, Employee Relations, Compensation, or other.Strong ability to take the initiative and drive for results.Time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.Must possess can do attitude, customer focused attitude, be self-motivated, and be able to consistently contribute towards a positive work and team environment.Experience in process improvement - Six Sigma & Lean experience is a plus.
