The PRM generates and qualifies leads, identifies opportunities for cross selling, and directly increases the amount of time sales leaders focus on selling and closing opportunities, playing a vital role in the pre-sale process at HUB International. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement. A PRM role is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic part of the sales process, without the cold calling. Additionally, it's an excellent position for someone to build skills necessary for a subsequent role in sales, marketing, sales operations, or sales enablement.RESPONSIBILITIESLead Generation & ResearchConduct robust research on prospects and commit to full-service lead vetting.Develop, analyze, and scrub leadprospect lists through a variety of tools and creative means including research technology, social media, and competitor knowledge.Use data mining and innovative methods to view key market indicators such as geography, revenue, and employee count to create new leadsDrive cross-sell projects with existing customersMaintain strong communication with sales leaders to drive results.Provide relevant sales collateral and HUB information for sales call preparation.Sales Enablement, Support & OperationsBuild and share competitor analysis landscapes by region through the effective use of a variety of tools (miEdge, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Linkedln, Excel, and more)Proactively bring marketing and insights forward to fuel effective sales outreachCollaborate with the field marketing and communications teams to support sales efforts and analyze engagements from webinarsseminars, email blasts, and morePartner with HUB Strategic Resource Managers (SRM)s to support lead management endeavorsSupport enterprise projects as designated by sales enablement teamEngaged knowledge of HUB International's products and servicesQUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.2+ years' work experience in business development, communications, or marketing researchanalysisInvestigative approach and knack with data to uncover opportunitiesExceptional communicator and rapport builderHighly organized, master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgencyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly ExcelExperience with a CRM system preferredFamiliarity with 5500 data and miEdge is a plusOverall knowledge of the insurance industry is a plusUp to 10% travel depending on the needs of the sales leaders this role supportsJOIN OUR TEAMDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
