The position will report to the Director of Building Automation Systems. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to support department and company goals including financialsEscalate issues on projects in a timely mannerSale and Estimate BAS construction jobs and change ordersAssist in researching customer needs including but not limited to:EnergyWater Efficiency, Serviceability, Long term and Short term goals for their BAS systemsDevelop and maintain relationships with ASI clientsManage the needed materials and manpower to support assigned BAS projectsEstimating of costs (materials, equipment, and labor) of BAS assigned projectsCoordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of workAssist in sales calls to prospective clients as requiredEffectively manage projects from conceptualization to completionFacilitate and attend BAS project meetings as requiredActively participate in career related organizationsQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years in BAS experienceIdeal candidate will have Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara and Distech Controls experience Strong analytical and leadership skillsDemonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordinglyIn-depth understanding and "hands on" experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automationcontrols, boilers, air conditioning andor chillers3 to 5 years experience in energy management, building commissioning andor systems diagnostics troubleshootingProficient on MS Office SuiteProfessional Competencies NeededBe passionateCustomer focused approachDedicated to a job well doneBe professionalExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizationBe a problem solverAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage multiple responsibilities concurrentlyAble to creatively use skills and resources to get the job doneBe a partnerTeam playerCollaborativeBe a performerFlexibleDoes what is right, even if it's not easyAsks questionsAir Systems Inc., is an EMCOR company and offers a full benefit package including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription401k with company matchPaid holidaysEducational assistanceSalary based on experience and qualifications.Salary Range from $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 California is an "At Will" state.
