Please see below for the job description.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as a primary account coordinator for all contracted transportation needs for assigned clients.Dispatching drivers in a small private municate with assigned clients on a daily basis in support of client transportation needs.Maintain accurate client order information in TMS andor other operational tools or databases.Review and select appropriate carrier routing options for all assigned loads.Tender loads electronically to assigned carriers with as much maximum lead time as possible.Ensure carriers provide timely pickup and delivery status updates in TMS for all assigned orders.Assist in the training of carriers on the use of CLX's TMS itiate claim investigations as appropriate IAW CLX's claims management SOP.Monitor carrier performance, including TMS usage and EDI compliance.Serve as the backup Logistics Planner for other accounts if required.Support all freight invoice audits and reviews as needed, assist in resolving billing pile and publish monthly account service performance reports.Support after-hoursweekend operational transportation issues for assigned clients as required.
