Our culture is fast-paced, innovative, agile, and offers every team member the opportunity to drive a big impact.The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Director to join the team on the ground floor as we build our third brand 100% in-house. Brand 3 will be a medical-grade skincare offering that leverages our technology platform to deliver a differentiated product to consumers. In this role, you will bring the Brand 3 packaging vision to life - from ideation and creative strategy to execution and launch. You will work dynamically across functions (industrial designers, developers, business development), across categories, all closely with our global leadership teams.What you will do: Build product strategy and roadmap - analyze competitive landscape, identify opportunities for disruption and whitespace, design product suite & define where to play how to winOwn end-to-end new packaging development for full product suite in our medical-grade product line - including packaging selection, design aesthetics and functionality, and commercializationCollaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization "”including data science, tech product, and marketing"” and drive process forward to bring products to lifeOwn relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contracted consultants responsible for brand launchWork closely with senior leadership to execute against the company's objectivesWho you are:At least 4-5 years of full-time experience, ideally in a mix of roles including consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-ups, or consumer goodsPassionate about creating exceptional consumer products that address their biggest problemsA self-starter with a desire to win - someone who is exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problemsHigh level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving process forward without supervisionStrong interpersonal and process management skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders both internally and externallyA "doer" and a leader - willing to get hands dirty in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset
