Serves as backup for the Subcontract Administrator position. Accountabilities & KPIsAchieve desired Job Number Request setup, Budget Revisions and Change order turnaround service levels to customersCapabilities & Experience:Prior construction andor mechanical contracting experience preferred. Strong customer-first attitude with excellent customer service skillsExceptional organization and administrative skillsHigh level of initiative with a desire and ability to grow and learn quicklyStrong computer skills, especially with Excel, MS Office, One Note, and MS TeamsAbility to navigate databases, and online content with easeExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a plusAbility to work both independently and with a teamto write business correspondence professionally. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.to perform basic business math skills as required for job cost accounting.to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Microsoft Office software experience required.demonstrate good communication and organization skills.and legal documentation experience desired.Education:High School education and 5 years of related experience required, AA College degree preferred.
