White Lotus Group invites applications for a Director of Project Management, a strategic leader adept at integrating new technologies and project management strategies. This role demands managing multiple projects simultaneously, offering real-time visibility to clients, the internal team, and stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery in line with our values. Key Responsibilities: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.Oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all phases.Serving as the Owner's Representatives to WLG projects as well as third party engagements.Provide real-time project status updates to all stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.Uphold White Lotus Group's commitment to quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction. Role: Requesting proposals from architects and engineers for specific engagements and ultimately making recommendationsRequesting proposals from general contractors and making recommendations on whom to hireDeveloping a development budget and schedule for associated projectsAssigning roles within the organization on associated development effortsCoordinate with real-estate counsel and civil engineering teams through the entitlement process for each land development effortCoordinate with agents, tenants and associated stakeholders on timeline and billing associated for each development effort Qualifications: Proven expertise in leveraging technology for project management, with a strong track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.At least 5 years of construction management project management experience in real-estate related fieldsAn educational background the supports the position Why Join White Lotus Group?
