Your responsibilities will include:Providing strong leadership to the team, aligning project goals, objectives, and client expectations.Efficiently coordinating project requirements and fostering collaboration with other disciplines involved in the projects.Reviewing all reporting systems and procedures and preparing comprehensive reports for clients and senior management to track progress and costs.Cultivating and maintaining client relationships.Collaborating with the Construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects adhere to established safety goals.Building robust relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.Maintaining thorough documentation throughout the project, including RFI logs and change orders.The Ideal ApplicantThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of construction experience, with a specific focus on FederalGovernment projects.Proficiency in the use of computer software commonly employed in the construction industry; experience with Procore is advantageous.Strong oral and written communication skills, as this role will involve client interaction and communication with subcontractors and owners.A working knowledge of construction technology and details.Proficiency in reviewing and comprehending all construction-related documents, including specifications and drawings.Offer Details: Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including:A salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, contingent upon experience.A 401k matching program.Bonus opportunities tied to project performance and performance evaluations.A comprehensive benefits package.A flexible PTO program.Hands-on training and immediate hiring.Tremendous room for professional pany events and a vibrant community culture.
