Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior IAM Business Analyst to join their team! The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within the organization. This role will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against the identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening the identity governance and security practices.This role allows for candidates in Chicago, Illinois or Tempe, Arizona.Duties:Implement and identify improvements to Access Control system enhancementsManage consulting practice with business partners for technology security topicsMaintain relationships with partners to manage effectiveness of the access security life cycle management processMitigate risk of conversions to partnersOperate independentlyProvide comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical levelCarry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficultBalance between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activitiesResponsible for direct interaction with different functions andor managementComplete tasks accurately in IGA to try to validate all applications that are onboarded to the toolDesired SkillsExperience:5+ years of professional experience with significant experience working as a Business Analyst on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teamsUnderstanding of how password rotation works, password ID discoveries, and best processes to follow for privileged accessProven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validationUnderstand the function of Active Directory, Mainframe, andor OracleCyberArk experience is a plus, the team uses CyberArk for Privileged AccessGovernance experienceFamiliarity with identity management tools and systemsKnowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practicesExperience using Visio and Microsoft Office SuiteExperienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies "big picture" Comfortable running SQL queries and digging into the details of a projectExperienced in Identity Governance and AdministrationSolid understanding of identity lifecycle and access certification processes is preferredExperienced in implementing Identity governance processes for centralized and de-centralized applications is preferred Experienced in creating metrics and dashboardBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
