Job Description:

OSP Engineering with Telecom with Fiber FTTX & Construction exp.ï‚· Delivery & Execution: Responsible for the successful execution of TelecommunicationsNetwork Planning, Design, Field operations and Software Solutions projects across USï‚· Ensuring quality, on time delivery of the projects with minimum hand holding from thecustomerï‚· Analyzing the daily project report and foreseeing the risks if any and plan the mitigation inadvance to avoid any slippages of commitments to the customer. This role will start with oneof our major customers in the US then the business intends to expand the portfolio for restof the customers in the US.ï‚· The candidate should have any past experience of working with Tier 1 telecom serviceprovides in a DeliveryProgram Managementtechnical consulting role will be an addedadvantage.ï‚· Building Proactive proposals - exploring ongoing engagements and identifying businessopportunities, adjacencies and innovation areas to support lead generation activities withSales and BD teams, building proactive propositions & working collaboratively with the Salesteam to improve the win ratio & Top line.ï‚· Liaise with the customer at various locations to coordinate the work with offshore team.ï‚· Customer Centricity: Build relation with various regional offices of existing customers, andhave regular meetings as requiredï‚· Attending periodic governance meetings with customers regularly through WebExin personand update the progress on the projectsï‚· Conducting meeting with project leads, third party vendors and other stake holdersperiodically and taking the update on implementation, challenges and address them asdeem necessaryï‚· P&L responsibility to meet the Top line & GM% budgeted numbersï‚· Work collaboratively with Sales, BD & Operations team on the revenue budgets, forecast &achievementï‚· Help in building the Tech Portfolio for NAM region : CSP Proposition for Organic growth withstrategic accounts approach Inorganic growth on FTTx plus CSP & Enterprise proposition byPartner led In-house & Inorganic growth.ï‚· Compliance: Work closely with the team to ensure the process and policies areimplemented and report the metrics.Desired Skills and Experience:ï‚· DiplomaDegree in Engineering or Telecommunicationï‚· Delivery, Technical pre-sales consulting experience andor understanding of networks FTTx,ï‚· Construction, Fiber , FTTX, FTTHï‚· Hands on Exp.ï‚· Managing OSP teamï‚· Program management skills.ï‚· Willingness to travel across US
