The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and management of personnel and resources. They will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.QualificationsStrong project coordination and management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets for large construction projectsExpertise in construction managementProven experience in project managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlinesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, PMP certification is a plusExperience with multi-family structure repair, remediation and renovation is a plus
