BCI is a great place to work with many long-term employees and stable employment opportunities with the potential for mercial Electrical Project ManagerResponsibilitiesLead the project team and has overall accountability for completing assigned construction projects successfully.Supervise and mentor members of the project management team.Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.Manage project related correspondence and documents.Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects.Attend team meetings.Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules.Be the liaison with the client and field construction team.Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones.Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated GP.Facilitate the change order process on client projects.Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance and be able to provide clarification as necessary.Uphold BCI values to include safety, quality, teamwork, and growth.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical projects.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.Must have good developmental and team building skills.Ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects.Ability to make decisions in a timely mitted to providing customer service.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: starting at $75,000yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
