This is a key role within our Operations department acting as the "glue" between team members to ensure that our operations run efficiently. We are looking for someone that is fast-paced, super organization, very detailed oriented, and a great team player.This job includes a mix of customer servicecommunication, planning, and scheduling. You will be backed by the team members that surround this position. Success in this role will involve efficient coordination and help with projects with the intent of seeing them through to completion. This position will take attention to detail, organization, flexibility, and resourcefulness.Responsibilities:NO PLUMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCoordinate with the Install Manager, Dispatcher Manager, and Warehouse Managers to ensure every sold job is scheduled, has permits, proper material, and is executed correctlyCommunicate with customers on status updates related to their job, including any reschedules that are necessary Assist with customer payment collections Double check job invoices to ensure accuracy Helping coordinate logistics for any rentals or movement of goodsRequirements:Ability to train and adapt to our CRM.Seeing tasks through for the satisfaction of our customers and best representation of our company.Strong organizational and communication skills.Amazing teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you're looking to grow, and expand into a career with unlimited possibilities, development, and opportunity of promotion then please apply.
