Job Description:

Contract to hire opportunity available for a PMO program manager. This role will be responsible for developing and managing core processes and templates to be leveraged across portfolios to ensure consistency in delivery across projects. Responsibilities: Develops and maintains program plans and communicate program status to management and internal teamsDrives to keep resources on task and on schedule, manage change, understand technical issues and ensure that they get prioritized, highlighted, addressed and resolved in a timely manner to delivery high quality resultsIdentifies and manages technical and schedule dependencies in the project and ensures that they are understood, planned for and executed against, appropriatelyProvides regular updates to all Stakeholders on project status and progress being madeDevelop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance all projectsWork with Senior Program Managers to manage all phases of planning and execution of projects assigned to the program the position is responsible for leadingActs as a process consultant for the risk organization commensurate to changeproject execution methods, businessoperational process commensurate to the business unit being supportedAreas of responsibility include Portfolio Management (including Project Intake process and Program level Change Control), Program level Issue and Risk Management, Dependency Management, Resource Analysis, Timelines and overall Program level status reportingThe Lead will delegate tasks to and supervise the work of PortfolioPMO analysts to accomplish these activitiesLead Portfolio Management - Accountable for ensuring that complete and accurate information is maintained for all projects and opportunitiesQualifications: 7 years: Program management experience - leading complex, strategic projects, including knowledge of operating model methodologiesExperience developing, implementing and governing KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programCross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to align strategies and recommendations with business objectivesDeep knowledge of RegulatoryGovernance frameworksCertified Professional Project Manager is preferred
