Maintenance Shift Supervisor- Off ShiftWe are recruiting with a Cincinnati Icononic Manufacturer. This role is open due to a promotion. This small yet agile Maintenance team has grown by 600% since 2017 when we first placed their manager and the company has matched that growth.We're looking for a mature individual who understands taking ownership of their responsibilities. This roles will lead the department as the top person on 2nd shift.60% of time spent in Maintenance admin activities. 40% in hands-on repairs or PM activitiesEssential Functions:Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.Plan workLead the shop on shift. 1-2 techsMaintain accurate and complete departmental records in a timely manner.Be proficient in continuously identifying plant issues or improvements via CMMS.Repairrebuild equipment as needed. (pumps, gearboxes, etc...).Maintain HighLow pressure boilers, glycol chillers, air compressors.Be comfortable using bulk CO2, chemical tanks, pressurized municate using Excel, Word, email (shift reports) and CMMS (WO'sPM's) effectively.Follow OSHA regulations about Forktrucks, chemical handling, LOTO, confined space, etcBe comfortable climbing a 30' ladder on occasionAll other duties assigned Requirements:Functional SkillsMust be proficient in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical drive systems, & process flow i.e pumps. Electrical strength is a PLUS.Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals, electrical blueprintsschematics.Must have demonstrated skillscertification in general maintenance; HVACrefrigeration, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. (SANITARY TIG IS A PLUS)Strong technical troubleshooting skills.Microsoft Office and tablet familiarity.Education, Experience, & CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.DegreeCertification or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.3+ years working in an industrial manufacturing environment. ***Beverage experience not required***Willingness to be on call and work off shift andor weekends.Please consider applying even if you do not match all the listed qualifications.
