Please read over the job description below and apply today!Job Summary:The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all company processes pertaining to production scheduling, assembly, packaging, quality control, and material movement and storage. Leveraging their adept leadership and strategic planning abilities, they formulate plans and drive initiatives to foster ongoing enhancements in business operations. This role is responsible for all production and warehouse employees, ensuring cohesive collaboration towards achieving predetermined goals and objectives. The Production Manager reports directly to the Directorof Operations.Responsibilities Create company-wide goals to improve efficiency in the business.Regularly meet with the Director of Operations and Director of Product Development to discuss potential plans and initiatives to implement.Identify problem areas within the company and find solutions for work with company stakeholders and business leaders to develop better strategies for Production, Inventory Control, and Warehouse OperationsCollect and analyze data to make well-informed business decisions.Supervise and motivate Production and Warehouse staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.Review performance data to measure productivitygoal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.Develop andor enforce corporate policies regarding security and OSHA safety to maintain a safe working environment. Together with the Operations and Product Development team, establish and maintain the production schedule to meet customer requirements and deadlines.Create work instructions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and finished product quality.Final quality control of all finished products before shipping to customer.Receive materials to the warehouse and ensure safe and accurate storage.Maintain accurate inventory of components and finished goods.Monitor Purchase Orders for on-time delivery of goods.Contact Vendors for status updates on Inventory progress and delivery needs.Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee the personnel process.ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
