Job Overview The Sourcing Specialist will play a key role supporting the Sourcing Manager. This role will work closely with the manager to execute sourcing strategies and key initiatives to help achieve financial goals. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for delivering support to the metrics required in cost negotiation, quality expectations, and on-time delivery from vendor matrix. The incumbent will use data and analytics in decision making to influence goal outcome. Responsibilities and DutiesBuilds effective relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to produce positive results and champion change.Executes the sourcing initiatives in support of the department priorities.Monitors the time and action calendar to ensure on time delivery.Assists the manager to support the sourcing strategy for their assigned area of responsibility.Review quality and delivery metrics to assist manager in identifying issues or concerns.Research, risk, and review sourcing trends.Use economic indicators in decision making.Executes special projects as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.0-2 years of work experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrates accountabilityService FocusedOrganizational and time management fortable with data collection and analyzing data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Adaptable to a changing work environment
