Based in the vibrant city of Chicago, we are committed to driving innovation and transformation in the procurement industry.Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Global Project Delivery. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering our innovative solutions to our esteemed clientele. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 12 professionals, including Project Managers, Engagement Managers, and ImplementationIntegration Consultants.Own the pipeline of opportunities generated by the Sales and Pre-Sales teams, assessing scope and viability of potential projects.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively identify and address client issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.Drive excellence in project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across functions.Requirements:10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.At least 2 years leading a team of 5 Project Managers or related roles.Background in one of the following SaaS provisions:Procure-to-Pay Purchase-to-PayOrder-to-CashE-InvoicingAccounts Payable Automation Accounts Receivable Automation SaaS experienceE-ProcurementStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams for Global Deliveries.Experience working with global Fortune 100 companies and an understanding of compliance requirements in the procurement space is highly desirable.Must be US-based as we are unable to sponsor.Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary range: $175,000 - $185,000 annuallyPlatinum healthcare coverage401(k) retirement savings planOpportunity for professional growth and development in a rapidly expanding organization
