And we're only getting started.Overall PurposeThe Senior Tokenization Product Manager is the champion responsible for evaluating and determining the product(s) andor features to be built and delivered to our customers. The role will define, build, and manage the tokenization capabilities required to support the Paze product.Essential Functions· Manage the interface between Token Service Providers and Early Warning Services, as well as payment networks and Paze.· Lead the integration with new TSPs and own the EWS token gateway, to include monitoring the performance of TSP capabilities, overseeing the lifecycle management of tokens, and accessing transaction data.· Be accountable for updating Paze product lead and engineering on upcoming network changes.· Bring the customer viewpoint to the product design process with a demonstrated competency to actively listen to customer feedback across all touchpoints and channels.· Leverage market and industry insights to drive development of value-added solutions for customers.· Oversee the integration of strong risk and security controls. Ensure compliance to laws and regulations.· Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.· The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. Incumbents will follow instructions and perform tasks and other duties as assigned by their manager.Minimum Qualifications· Education andor experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree.· 9 or more years of related work experience OR post-secondary degree and at least 4 years of related work experience· 4 or more years of related work experience in payment network experience and network tokenization· Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology.· Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience.· Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products.· Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets.· Excellent listening and execution skills· Background and drug screenPreferred Qualifications· Master's degree· Certifications in design thinking andor agile.Physical RequirementsEarly Warning works together in a highly collaborative office environment. As such, working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally andor negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.
