We are hiring an Infrastructure Sales Lead to join our Americas team. This role is responsible for leading ongoing profitable growth in North America by development and implementation of key Infrastructure, product and sales strategies.Position SummaryThe SHES Advisor (Safety Health and Environmental) will drive a continuous improvement approach to assuring compliance with workplace health, safety, environment, and industry standards, and reducing the risk of major incidents occurring at our Marion, IL manufacturing location. The SHES Advisor will work with the regional safety team to manage the core functions, including workplace health & safety, major incident risk, security & response, and environment & sustainability in accordance with Minova's SHES Management System, group, and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Ensure Minova America license to operate continuity by assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and nominated industry standards.Provide advice in response to health and safety queries on policy and process relevant to the Manufacturing Site or Sub-Regional Area within agreed timeframes.Participate in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities within the Manufacturing Site or Sub-Regional Area.Ensure accuracy of information and delivery in agreed timeframes.Participate in Manufacturing site or Sub-Regional Area and company projects as required.Contribute to the development and implementation of SHES management systems.Participate and support SHES assurance activities.Support Minova leaders to execute their SHES responsibilities and accountabilities.Assist in event investigations.Support the development of a SHES risk profile.Implement initiatives to mitigate and prevent SHES risk.Any other activities deemed appropriate by the Manufacturing site, Sub-Regional Area, or Group.Support a work environment that encourages individuals to be self-motivated.Any other activities deemed appropriate by the Minova America.Possess understanding of localregional regulations and company policiesMeasure site performance against published requirements in SHES policiesDevelop corrective action plansLead incident investigations and root cause analysisEffectively lead SHES training and presentations including new employee orientation and external contractor safety inductionsSafety certification (GSP, CSP, SHARPS, etc.) is requiredMinova International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
