Seeking an experienced civils project manager on behalf of an established multi-division contractor in NY. This client, founded in 1995, has evolved into a leading construction firm, specializing in a multitude of disciplines including concrete, masonry, plastering, drywall, and acoustic solutions. They have successfully completed projects valued at nearly $1 billion, solidifying their reputation as a leader in the industry. *Responsibilities:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against metrics.- Procure necessary resources and supervise on-site activities to ensure safety and quality compliance.- Manage project finances, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients.- Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, addressing key milestones and challenges.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.- Proven experience in civil construction project management.- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.- Proficiency in project management software and construction management systems.- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.To apply, please submit your resume to
