Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wilmington, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 20% travel in the US.Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.4+ years of Information Technology experienceU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. we are not able to sponsor at this time.Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of working experience in Unified Communications domain and at least 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Teams environment.Extensive knowledge and experience on design and deployment of Microsoft TeamsExperience of working on Teams migration, deployment & support project(s)Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with SBC, Teams Direct routing, Dial Plan, Normalization rulesMinimum of 3-4 years of experience with VOIP Protocols (SIP, H.323), SIP, NetworkingExtensive knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of MS Teams certified phones like Poly, Audio Codes, Yealink, Crestron.Should be able to create scripts for bulk user configuration, assign policies, collect information from Teams admin center using Power Shell. Configure and Manage Emergency Routing policy.Should be able to coordinate and work with Service Provider to enable Voice and Video services and resolve issues independently.Should have hands on experience with Microsoft certified SBC, SBA, Analog Gateways, Analog phones, SIP & IP Phones.Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows, Phones, Messaging, Meeting, and Calling policies.Should have worked on the Microsoft Certified Teams Room and Teams Rooms PRO.Should have knowledge of creating MTR and common area accounts.Desirable to have experience of working on one or more of the technologies -Cisco VoIP, Zoom, Avaya, Cisco Telepresence, Digital Signage, Slido and Alcatel phone system.Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues related to network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.Should have knowledge of basics of Network and Firewall.Ability to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment.Excellent Analytical & Business Communication skillsAbout UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
