If you are a highly motivated and experienced individual who wants to make a real-world impact, we encourage you to apply! Position Summary AirJoule is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Segment Manager to define and lead all aspects of our product go to market strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating AirJoule's product value propositions in various applications, conducting market research and competitive intelligence, developing detailed customer and application value propositions. This role reports to the CEO and requires an analytical thinker that enjoys building and leveraging finance, cost, and market models to inform the decision-making process. This role is expected to play a pivotal role in customer engagement process and will help build the deep technical and financial basis for our product's value propositions. Key ResponsibilitiesTo perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Go-to-Market Planning:o  Develop detailed value propositions for various AirJoule® applications by conducting bottoms-up and top-down marketing analysis, including capex and opex analysis and comparison to alternative technologies and competitive technologies.o  Analyze current and future market and customer dynamics, conduct technology and market deep dives, perform detailed analysis of competitive landscape utilizing tools such as SWOT, Porter's 5 forces, and scenario planning.o  Summarize market and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations for our products positioning in the marketplace and craft a go-to-market strategy that complements our business's overall strategy.Customer-Focus:o  Develop clearly articulated product presentations that highlight our product's value proposition while also clearly explaining our product's technological differentiation.o  Lead various customer-focused strategic task forces, developing detailed strategies for specific customers and customer groups within your product segment.o  Monitor and report monthly updates on customer news and updates to the broader leadership.      Application-Focus:o  Lead 1-2 product application market segments, building out various application sub-segments and value propositions.o  Participate or lead technical strategy conversations articulating the technical needs of future products based on your awareness of the fundamental value proposition required in the marketplace. Education and Experience Requirements  Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldMinimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with familiarity to building detailed bottoms-up and top-down market analysis, opex and capex value propositions, and performing detailed competitive analysis.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  •     Experience building out top-down and bottoms-up market analysis from scratch, leveraging high quality market research reports when necessary, and communicating and visualizing the key information to broader teams.•     Experience building detailed value proposition analysis, including opex and capex analysis with multiple variable sensitivities.•     Experience making business strategy recommendations based on model sensitivities that can advise positioning strategies.•     Experience developing detailed competitive analyses with limited readily available information.
