They are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Job Description:They are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join their team. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in their continued success and expansion. This position offers substantial growth opportunities for individuals looking to advance into leadership and management roles within the company.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects.Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key cost drivers and potential challenges.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.Evaluate material and labor costs, subcontractor bids, and other project-related expenses.Create comprehensive bid packages and submit competitive and timely proposals.Maintain a database of historical cost data and ensure it is up-to-date.Continuously review and improve estimating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimation to project execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam, Procore, or equivalent.Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Knowledge of the design build processDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.What They Offer:Competitive salary: $100,000-$130,000+ (depending on experience).Great benefits package.Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.Challenging and diverse projects.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Ongoing training and development pany culture that values innovation and career growth.
