Strong presentation and writing skills are essential to support the creation of executive-level quality reports that are clear and that give actionable solutions to our clients' most complex real estate challenges. The candidate should be familiar with workforce and labor data sources and experience with developing and analyzing large datasets.A wide variety of projects and situations will present themselves to the candidate, and the candidate will embrace new challenges and demonstrate critical thinking and technology skills to help solve our client's researchable problems, domestic and global in context. Candidates should have had 1-3 years of relevant analytical experience (e.g., in financial analysis, economic development, site selection, real estate, planning, tax, consulting or investment banking).
