This role requires the ability to draft, negotiate, and proofread consulting contracts between Gap International and our corporate clients. The integrity of our work centers around contracts that accurately reflect our initiatives to the client, while protecting Gap International's interests. RESPONSIBILITIESDraft contracts for consulting engagements in a short timeframeProofread contracts with a keen eye for detail and accuracyReview client contract templates with a focus on Gap International's safety and protectionCompile corporate pricing sheets for consulting engagementsPartner with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of contractsWork together with executive leadership to obtain contract approvalOwn the entirety of contracts from the request for a contract through to the delivery of the components, and everything in between QUALIFICATIONSJD or equivalent Law degree required3+ years of relevant contract experience - Drafting, reviewing, negotiatingDeep understanding and knowledge of legal agreement draftingClient-facing experience preferredStrong ability in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordAdept at working with numbersEnergized working in an entrepreneurial environment where things can change oftenInterested in working both in contracts as well as consulting and business developmentExtremely collaborative and do well in a team environment LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIESAs a Contract Specialist at Gap International, it is possible that you will contribute to the business in multiple capacities:In your functional area of the business as a Contract Specialist outlined above.As a consultant, working directly with organizational leaders to affect change.Performing an active role in service of Gap International's business development goals.
