One of The Select Groups top retail clients is looking for a Sr. PM to join their team in a hybrid fashion in the Bolingbrook, IL area! The ideal candidate will have a background working in enterprise retail environments, completing project management responsibilities. If this sounds like you, please apply today! Responsibilities include:Will be 80% aligned to an existing portfolio within Merchandise Planning and Operations This will be the primary project focused on Continuous improvement efforts for their merchandise transition timelines This project is still in the requirements gathering phase and will run at least one year - very process oriented Remaining time will be spent between 2 - 3 smaller initiatives in another portfolio related to applications Time spent on these is expected to be 2 - 3 months Must Have Skills:This is not a technical role, emphasis needs to be on a PM who is strong in cross functional collaborationNatural leader who can drive work and communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors and internal partners Experience with project scheduling, resource alignment, budget management and managing project scope
