Calling all internal communications specialists, newsletter creators, and intranet managers:The Customer Success Manager (CSM) position is a blend between Project and Product Implementation Managers and serves as our clients' primary advocate. CSM's must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and understand prioritization. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping customers realize ultimate value from their investment.
