Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to add to our Commerical Team. The successful candidate will focus on the new growth of the agency but also will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is primarily based in Oklahoma City but offers flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsCommercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledge Minimum 2 years of Commerical Lines Service without sales focusAccount Management and Customer Service skillsExperience with AMS 360 is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareInsurance industry certifications are requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
