Working as a Senior Marketing Manager for Restaurant Associates is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity! We are seeking a creative, positive and highly detailed marketing professional who can write and edit content (ex. briefs, sales proposals) and has outstanding copyrighting skills. You must have a design background (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator) and foodhospitality experience is a bonus. In this position, you will support both personalized marketing initiatives for specific clients and the overall RA brand. This position is NY based and will offer a hybrid work opportunity. You will be required to work in the field and at the corporate office as operational needs dictate. Reporting to RA's Creative Director, some key responsibilities will be:Ideation of content & programmingDeveloping and presenting campaigns to increase participation and drive sales Create, write and edit content for sales proposalsCollaborate on social media campaigns and programsSupport new unit openings and refreshesWork with sales, operations, and culinary for site tours and presentationsAssist the Creative Director, VP of Marketing & SVP Creative in sales development strategies and solutions. Required Qualifications:Minimum of five years of marketing experience in a related industry (retail, restaurants, etc.)A keen eye for detailAbility to handle multiple priorities at onceInterpersonal and hospitality skills- This position is client facing.Excellent writing copywriting editing skillsBachelor's degree in MarketingStrong presentation skillsKnowledge of merchandising and promotions
