Background and Position Overview Xyvid, Inc. is a fast-growing, Virtual Broadcast Company specializing in high-resolution, video webcasts. Utilizing our industry-leading technology, we provide full-service web broadcasting for Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Professional Services industries. Xyvid is a V-CUBE company.To support our continuous growth, Xyvid is in search of an Account Manager who can skillfully oversee, foster, and grow our key accounts. In this role, you'll focus on cultivating strong client relationships, managing financial accounts, and delivering strategic planning based on key metrics. Specific Responsibilities: Be the primary contact for post-sale client accounts, guiding their onboarding and ensuring satisfaction.Understand clients' program objectives and devise strategies to support their achievement. Identify additional servicesupsell opportunities.Oversee client financials, including MSA tracking, SOWs, forecasting, quotes, and invoicing.Leverage CRM software and other pertinent tools to manage client relationships and monitor progress.Conduct regular business reviews and establish program satisfaction metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries from key stakeholders.Provide insights to Xyvid leadership to enhance product development and marketing initiatives.Stay updated on Xyvid's offerings and competitive landscape to drive company growth.Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction and loyalty. Professional Qualifications Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably within the web broadcasting technology or events industry.Proficiency in CRM and Sales quoting software is preferred.
