Job Duration: 12+ Months (With Possible Extension)Job Description:· Textron Aviation is looking for an experienced SAP functional analyst in the FICO (FinanceCosting) area. The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, creating ConfigurationSecurity objects, testing processes, training users, and implementing the solution.Responsibilities:· Utilize and support SAP CO module: CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA· Responsible for SAP FICO configuration and RICEF objects· Conduct conceptual and detailed design (blueprint) activities against project requirements and deliver a detailed solution design document within FICO modules covering all required aspects· Understand the integration and relationship between SAP modules to be a key resource for projects originating outside of FICO team· Support CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA with additional assistance on any of the following FI related functions such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA· Drive business processes, discussions, and solutions regarding FI and CO- Product Costing· Responsible for components, result analysis, costing sheets, and costing variants· Support end to end process within Project Systems· Support end to end process of Procure to Pay cycle which includes material management· Support end to end process of ProductionPlanned orders for both Make to Order and Make to Stock scenarios· Utilize Tax Engine integration (US, GST, and VAT), in particular, TaxWare· Mentors and develops more junior team members within FICO modules on technicalprocess areas· Participate in system and application upgrades, enhancements, and resolutions.Experience:· Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with FICO and significant experience in CO inclusive of CO-PA.Skills:· Familiar with ECC 6.0 (EHP8 SPS4)· Experience with S4HANA is not a requirement; however, it is a plus· IT experience specifically in business process analysis and design· Strong business acumen and business process knowledge· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Possesses good organizational and time management skillsEducation:· Bachelor's Degree required in Information Technology or related field.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
