As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents and owner operators. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollege education in a business-related field is preferredProficient with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPointExcellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personalityPrior experience with corporate collections accounts receivable Responsibilities will include:Setting up fines and deductionsBillinginvoice processing assistanceCollecting invoicesCommunicating with agents, regional managers, customers, and other company personnel to resolve delinquent accountsReducing delinquency through timely resolution of outstanding receivable issuesUnderstanding and analyzing shipping documentsResearch and problem resolution on past due receivablesSchedule:8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekBenefits: PTO, paid holidays, 410k, medical, dental, and vision insurance
