Job Description:

The Sales Assistant will help oversee day-to-day Sales functions for our growing activewear business across a variety of retailers! They will be exposed to working with key accounts as well as cross-functional teams such as Design, Production, Operations, and Warehousing to support all aspects of the business.Responsibilities:Direct showroom organization and help to prepare showroom for meetings with accounts.Submit samples and marketing materials to customers per their unique submission guidelines.Review and provide overview of monthly and annual sales, margin, and inventory goals set for each account to achieve corporate financial goals.Help drive the execution of the allocation process and inventory management to assist in managing basic inventory levels to meet or exceed sales, gross margin and inventory goals.Work to ensure that all orders execute the approved shipping guidelines required by each customer.Assist in all aspects of inventory management to ensure inventory is in stock for all orders and inform sales team and customer of any discrepancies prior to shipping.Collaborate with design team to review best and worst sellers, trends, and provide guidance for future sku plans and inspiration based off customer feedback.Work with production team to review costing to ensure margin goals are met and inbound shipment schedules to maintain customer deliveries.Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price-points and new to market items.Qualifications:BA or BS requiredMinimum 1 year of Sales experience in internship, part time, or full time settingStrong Excel skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detailStrong presentation and communication skillsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to work with employees at all levelsAbility to work on a team and independently with limited supervisionAnnual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
