NMR Regional Sales Representative (US, East Coast)Job location: Ideally in our office located at Brooklyn, New York, or home office Our Company:Located at BioBAT Brooklyn, CortecNet Corp. is a subsidiary of CortecNet S.A., a French company in existence since 1995. Our team is devoted to identifying, developing, producing and marketing innovative products in the fields of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Mass Spectrometry (MS) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). These techniques play a key role in fields such as metabolic imaging, protein dynamics studies, drug discovery and metabolomics, organic and inorganic materials studies and many other areas. With almost 15 years presence in the US, CortecNet Corp has been able to acquire a wide customer base, both in academia and industry. With new products coming from our production facility in France, we are now looking for our Regional Sales Representative to accelerate the development of CortecNet Corp. towards big industries and academic key accounts. The Regional Sales Representative (US, East Coast) is responsible for selling corporate NMR products or services. Hisher objective is to develop the portfolio of Key Account Customers and increase sales turnover in this region. HeShe will report directly to our NMR Business Unit Manager located in France.Responsibilities:Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the USA East Coast to generate new business. The portfolio of customers will mostly contain large academicindustrial accounts.Identify decision makers to begin sales process and close deals. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. Report all sales related information in the company's CRM (), including leads, accounts, opportunities.Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits to communicate product offerings.Generate written proposals and quotations using company quoting municate on a regular basis with the B.U. Manager (Weekly reports, routine business and sales opportunities).Coordinate effort to communicate customer problems to the appropriate sales or service group.Set up and deliver sales presentations, productservice demonstrations.Where necessary, support marketing efforts (trade shows, exhibits, etc).Coordinate customer training when necessary. Attend periodic sales training where applicable. Requirements:PhD in NMR or stable isotope related field. Demonstrated willingness to engage in sales business.Excellent negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, Quickbooks and Salesforce.Ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.Able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.Strong written communication skills.Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Ability to travel 100+ days in the assigned region to visit customers and to attend sales events or exhibits.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.High level of integrity and work ethic.2 daysmonth at our Brooklyn office (Home office possible otherwise).
