This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about nurturing long-term relationships with clients. By acting as the main point of contact, you'll ensure the seamless execution of customer engagement strategies, from onboarding to the renewal process, while unlocking new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to customer account management. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors within each customer organization.Sales and Development: Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the transition of new clients, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to account management. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance business growth.Responsible for customer recurring renewal notifications and follow up.Operational Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and timelines. Communicate effectively the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both clients and internal teams.Feedback and Improvement: Actively solicit customer feedback, participate in surveys, and respond to support tickets.
