A global online casino operator is continuing to expand their presence in North America! The Head of Marketing position will oversee marketing strategy and execution for the brand, and there will be a focus on user acquisition and brand awareness. ResponsibilitiesEstablish strategy and marketing initiatives throughout the region.Direct the development and oversight of customer acquisition media platforms including traditional channels such as TV, radio, sponsorships, print, outdoor advertising, and PR.Oversee digital marketing efforts and other performance marketing platforms, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies.Identify and manage partnerships with local third-party entities such as media agencies, marketing firms, creative agencies, and production houses.Develop the annual marketing plan, promotional calendar, and manage the marketing budget.Serve as the primary leader for the local brand, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning, creative elements, and tone of voice.Conduct pre and post-campaign analyses and reporting to understand insights on campaign ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and optimization strategies for future campaigns. Ensure compliance with all gambling regulations and guidelines across all communication platforms.Qualifications5+ years' experience in a similar marketing leadership role.Experience working within the online gambling industry is -depth knowledge of the US and Canada advertising and media space including establishing and maintaining business relationships with media agencies and owners.Ability to manage significant marketing budgets, campaigns ownerships from beginning to end, including briefing, forecasting, tracking, reporting and performance analysis.Experience is people management including recruitment, training, and personal development.
