Job Description:

Our client is an NC based regional COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR whose Asheville office that is seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in healthcare, education, light industrial, and or other large ground up construction projects. Prior experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor is required for consideration.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needsSet performance goals and deadlinesPlan construction processesEstimate costs and ensure the project is on budgetSupervise staff and provide constructive feedbackMonitor and report on project progressVarious other duties as neededQualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience5+ years' experience being a Superintendent on commercial projects, ground up experience strongly preferredProficient with Procore and Microsoft OfficeDriver's License and good driving record
