The role plays a pivotal part in working with the Investor Solutions team within CIFC to assist in the preparation of information for the sales team, manage the coordination of the group, and maintain company CRM systems. Additionally, this position will be an integral part of various projects to enrich technology solutions, current processes, and documentation. Collaborate with many groups including Finance, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Portfolio Managers, and Marketing.General Responsibilities:As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team. You will participate in manage various processes including but not limited to:Coordinate firm participation in investor events including but not limited to; conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshowsMaintain CRM systems and IR tools including the logging of client information, entering call notes, and assemble prospecting lists as neededMonitoring team calendars, organize and assist in the planning, coordination, and preparationsetup of investor meetingsMaintain relationships with third-party vendorsAssist with planning and logistics of investor conferencesCollaborate with many groups including Finance, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Portfolio Managers, and MarketingPrinting marketing materials for investor meetingsWebsite updates, update PowerPoint presentations, update excel charts.Qualifications0-4 years of administrative experience, preferably working in finance, accounting, or legalOrganizational skills and strong attention to detailExpert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointInterest and comfort in working in high pace sales environmentExperience with CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce to manage databases, track investor activity, and streamline communicationProven ability to manage workload and stay focused in a dynamic environment***Total cash comp up to $90,000 DOE***
