Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong ability to cultivate new leads through active prospecting, growing relationships and accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Strobel provides services within the following core competencies: Engineering, EPC, Construction, Fabrication and Operations for the industrial and energy industries including the energy transition and emerging markets (Renewables, SAF, Decarbonization, Electrification, Battery Storage, Hydrogen, etc). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSkillfully network to identify key decision-makers to open doors to new opportunities. Deliver new accounts and grow existing accounts with a team-oriented business development approach. Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to set and achieve strategic initiatives.   Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Strobel's capabilities and identifying new markets for growth opportunities. Research and maintain a thorough understanding of competitor products and services. Uncover and fully understand client's current state, desired state and needs in order to develop a strategic plan to achieve the client's goals. Support the preparation and deliver effective, detailed, professional sales proposals and communicate them effectively to various levels of the client's organization.
