Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity as an Intake Specialist. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who require specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency.This role, located in our Work Ready office, blocks from City Hall in Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment. This position is full-time, 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:Enroll referrals within the 14-day time limit.Document initial contacts with clients.Maintain accurate and timely records of all case managementcounseling sessions. Input all data into JEVSWR database.Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all client information including electronic, hard copy, and filing conjunction with the Clinical Staff, develop, prepare, and complete the Service Plans. RequirementsSkills & Requirements:Associate Degree2 years relevant experience preferred.Car preferred. Extensive Inner-City travel required.Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
