Position Title: Tactical Networks (TACNET) Subject Matter Expert (SME)Location: New Orleans, LAPosition Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $75,000 - $80,000Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearanceCertification Requirements:CompTIA Security+Years of Experience: 3 - 5 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:This role supports the Tactical Networks (TACNET) capability at the Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA) at Camp Pendleton supporting the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) worldwide. The TACNET role provides remote and onsite guidance to assist the FMF to create, manage, troubleshoot, and maintain large and small-scale tactical networks. The TACNET role will utilize COTS, GOTS, and Program of Record (POR) hardware and software such as the Combat Operations Center (COC), Combat Data Network (CDN), and Common Hosting Environment (CHE) to create, manage, troubleshoot, and maintain large and small-scale tactical networks.
