This will include; Creating and assigning work orders, closing out tickets, submitting end of day reports, providing on-call support, training the Field teams, regional audits, and overseeing part inventory in the region. You will also be required to; build, install, maintain, repair, and sometimes move our smart fridges. Smart fridges have two components and you need to be proficient in both: mechanical and technological. This role does require travel at times (20%), as well as driving to locations within 3.5 hours on a weekly basis. This role will report directly to the Regional Distribution Manager.Responsibilities as a Service Technician Level 2:Dispatch: Create and assign Work orders, close out tickets, conduct remote fixesTraining and on-call supportAudits: Parts Inventory, 3PL warehouses, sitesfridges, local STs and vehiclesFridge repairs and service ticketsSmart fridge installations, relocations, and removalsBuilding out of smart fridges for deploymentComplete any special tasks assigned by your supervisor or plete Department of Health Inspection of Farmer's Fridge smart fridgesNecessary knowledge, skills, and experience:Valid Driver LicenseAbility to use hand tools such as drills and pliersAbility to use basic technology (use apps for tracking work, and execute basic commands on the OS at the fridge)Experience working with refrigerated vending machines - PreferredFamiliarity with Google Suite andor Microsoft OfficeExperience with Zendesk, Slack, CMS, , Paycor, and preferredGoogle Forms, GmailMust have ability to obtain proper clearance and badging at all fridge locations in the market including airports.Pass and maintain market specific food handler certifications and state compliant certificationsCandidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelinesMust have 3 years of field technician experienceAbility To Lift And Pull Objects In Excess Of 100 Lbs With Frequent Lifting AndOr Carrying Objects Up To 50+ LbsPersonal characteristics:Friendly.
