Job Description:

TechFlow Inc. has an opportunity for a Requirements Manager (Sr.) with experiencein application development and sustainment activities for existing Department of Defense (DoD) systems in AWS and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will support our cross-functional team through life cycle support of the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line Family of Systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. They will have the knowledge and experience to document, manage and help prioritize system requirements for multiple IT systems. Effective communication, coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are necessary to maintain and enhance systemproduct capabilities, gain efficiencies and improvements, continue quick and effective issue resolution, and ensure production systems remain operational.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating the requirements process for all assigned programsAssists the Lead Functional in elaborating, analyzing, creating, and maintaining the Requirement Identification Documents (RIDs), Change Requests (CRs), and Functional SpecificationsBusiness Use Cases in the appropriate requirements management system(s)Maintains Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and associated test cases in the appropriate requirements management system(s)Participate in Functional Requirements Board (FRB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), andor Sprint plansHelps build and maintain Functional Baseline Business Models and Logical models to match the version of each programAssists the Project Test Manager and Project Manager and performs system testing as requiredReviews test descriptions to ensure they accurately test the validity of software requirementsProvide functional support to the field testers and program management personnel to resolve problems during the review and execution of test descriptionsTrack requirements, test management, problem and discrepancy reports, problem resolution, and SANsConducts user training as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, or Computer Science or related technical andor management discipline; Master's degree may substitute for 2 years' experienceExperience: 7+ years' (minimum) in supporting operation of similar Information Systems in DISA andor Cloud environmentsKnowledge of Defense Transportation systems, functions, and terminologyGeneral understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) Business Systems functions; including DoD transportation and financial systemsExperience with DISA, AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure andor Cloud One in native and hybrid cloud configurations, to sustain existing applications and capabilitiesExperience or familiar with appropriate task order related tools (or equivalent) such as: TFS, Jira, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Confluence, Microsoft Office SuiteActive DoD Secret ClearanceMust meet DoD 8140 - System Requirements Planner-Basic experience andor certification requirementsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting DoD applicationsExperience with development, test, and production environments in DISA, AWS and Azure, especially GovCloudCloudOne#techflowBenefitsFounded in 1995 at the start of the dot-com revolution, TechFlow helped large commercial clients such as DreamWorks, Toshiba, MGM, and others modernize their business systems.
