Apple Roofing is seeking Commercial Roofing ProductionLaborers in our Lincoln, NE office. As a Commercial roofing production laborer, you will install or repair all types of commercial flat roof systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, also sheet metal installs and repairs.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesInstallation and repairs of various types of roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO Single-ply systems, Mod Bit, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems. Standing Seam roofing, sheet metal flashings & trimsFollow OSHA regulations relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practicesWork outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasksNot afraid of heights, climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 100 lbsShow up to shop or job site on timeWork as part of a team to complete all aspects of jobs assignedEffective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other employeesSafe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)Any other duty, task or responsibility as assignedRequirementsEXPERIENCE:Prior roofing experience preferredLeak detection on TPO, PVC, Modified, and other common commercial roofing systems Experience with sloped roofs with shingles, tile, and metal a plusBONUS SKILLS:OSHA 10 or 30 a benefit3-5 years roofing experienceBilingual (including English)Aerial Man lift and Forklift CertifiedValid driver's licenseCDLFirst AidCPRSheet metal experienceBenefitsMedical, dental and vision benefits401K optionPay $25-$30hour
