Hire Resolve's client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Civil Engineer In Training in Philadelphia, PA.Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance:Analyze Zoning, Subdivision, and Land Development ordinances to ensure complianceInterpret and adhere to Stormwater Management OrdinancesDesign and Drafting:Produce feasibility sketches, site designs, and construction drawingsPrepare comprehensive site design and detailed drawings for civil-related improvements, covering site layout, grading, sanitary and utility layout, landscape plans, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management systemsClient Collaboration:Determine clients' project requirements and goals, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and regulationsCoordination:Coordinate civil design plans with input from other project disciplinesCalculations and Reporting:Assist in the preparation of Stormwater Management, Erosion Control, and other design calculations and reportsProject Support:Assist project managers and engineers in scheduling, analyze design tasks, and contribute to budget managementRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of Civil Engineering experiencePrior experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Land Desktop are required; Civil 3D proficiency is preferred, specifically in the creation and use of surfaces, profiles, and alignmentsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and time management skillsBenefitsSalary: $72Kyr - $91Kyr negotiableHealth plan: Vision, Dental, Medical, Life and Disability insuranceRetirement: 401k planPaid Time Off (PTO): Paid sick leave, paid holidays, paternity and maternity leaveHealth Savings Account (HSA)Professional training and developmentHire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
