This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all logistics activities including receiving; shipping, stocking, and replenishing finished goods in a distribution center. In addition, the group leader will be responsible for all activities around inventory control to ensure the proper levels of inventory accuracy. Additionally, the group leader is responsible for monitoring, assisting, and improving all aspects of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in team meetings/ tier meetings. Meet ISO requirements. Responsible for parts quantity accuracy. Shipping parts. Palletizing. Ability to stand for long periods of time U.S. Persons Requirement Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.YOU MUST HAVE High school diploma or GED 6 months of experience in material handling/logistics. WE VALUE 1 year of experience in a leadership role. SAP experience. Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment. Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts & other equipment to move large quantities of raw material. Computer literacy.
